1343 říjen 14, Minsterberk [Ziębice] (Munsterberga)
Opat Jan a konvent kláštera v Henrykówě slibují, že uznají Jana, krále českého, a jeho prvorozeného syna Karla, markraběte moravského, za své pány, jestliže Mikuláš, kníže minsterberský, zemře bez mužských dědiců.Iohannes abbas et conventus monasterii in Henrichovio promittunt se Iohannem, regem Bohemiae, Karolumque, eiusdem primogenitum ac marchionem Moraviae, pro dominis suis agnoscere velle, si Nicolaus, dux Munsterbergensis, sine heredibus masculini generis moriretur.
