Rychtář, přísežní a obec města Jaroměře slibují poslušnost a věrnost Václavovi, prvorozenému synovi Karla, krále římského a českého.Iudex, iurati et universitas civium civitatis Jermerensis Venceslao, Karoli, regis Romanorum et Bohemiae, filio primogenito, oboedientiam et fidelitatem promittunt.
