Karel, císař římský a král český, potvrzuje z moci císařské Ludvíku Římanovi a jeho bratru Ottovi, markrabím braniborským, všechny državy a práva s určitými podmínkami.Karl, der römische Kaiser und König von Böhmen, bestätigt aus kaiserlicher Macht und mit bestimmten Bedingungen Ludwig dem Römer und seinem Bruder Otto, den Markgrafen zu Brandenburg, alle Besitzungen und Rechte.
