Fridrich, biskup řezenský, zastavuje Karlovi, císaři římskému a králi českému, a České koruně za sumu 21 000 zl. hrad Donaustauf a vyžaduje si souhlas kapituly.Fridericus, episcopus Ratisbonensis, Karolo, Romanorum imperatori et Bohemiae regi, et Coronae regni Bohemiae castrum Donaustauf pro summa 21 000 flor. mutuam data obligat consensum capituli sibi expetens.
