Půta z Plané postupuje Karlovi, císaři římskému a králi českému, a České koruně věčný roční plat 6 kop gr. praž. ve vsi řečené Dlouhý Újezd za zproštění od stejných poplatků z jeho vsi Neblažova.Botto de Plana Karolo, Romanorum imperatori et regi Bohemiae, nec non Coronae regni Bohemiae redditum annum et perpetuum 6 sex. gr. Prag, in villa dicta Langendorflein (Dlouhý Újezd) pro liberatione eius villae Glasov (Neblažov) ab eodem censu confert.
