Rychtář a přísežní města Vysoké Mýto vysvědčují a slibují totéž, jako rychtář a přísežní města Hradec Králové v listině AČK 836.Iudex et scabini civitatis Altae Mutae (Vysoké Mýto) testantur et promittunt idem, ut iudex et iurati civitatis Grecz (Hradec) litteris AČK 836.
