Jan, markrabě moravský, slibuje, že nepřijme žádného poddaného českého krále v ochranu a že nárok na české království bude uplatňovat jen kdyby nebylo Karlových potomků.Johannes, marchio Moraviae, promittit se nullum regis Bohemiae subditum defendere suaque iura in regno Bohemiae tantummodo propagare velle, si rex Bohemiae nullos heredes relinquet.
