Karolus dei gratia Romanorum rex semper augustus et Boemiae rex, ad perpetuam rei memoriam. Etsi regiae dignitati innata clementia universos fideles et subditos pio favore prosequitur, ad illorum tamen utilitates et comoda (sic, commoda) singularis praerogativa favoris dignanter intendit, qui ad divini numinis obsequia deputati relictis temporalium rerum illecebrosis affectibus nitunter altissimo in simplicitate mentis et corporis iugiter famulari. Sane attendentes praeclarum devotionis affectum et multiplices elemosinas et opera charitatis, quibus religiosi abbas et conventus monasterii Sanctae Coronae ordinis Cisterciensis Pragensis diocesis devoti nostri dilecti creatorem altissimum cotidianis cultibus salubriter venerantur, ut ipsorum praeclara devotio sub tempore felicis nostri regiminis augmentum recipiat et cottidianis virtutum incrementis proficiat feliciter in futurum, supradictis abbati, conventui et successoribus ipsorum imperpetuum ac praefato monasterio Sanctae Coronae theolonium nostrum in Hirzzow1 cum omnibus iuribus, fructibus, utilitatibus, emolimentis et pertinentiis suis, sicut ad nos et coronam dicti regni Boemiae actenus pertinuisse dignoscitur, auctoritate regia et de certa nostra scientia damus, conferimus et donamus, decernentes et auctoritate regia statuentes, quod dictum theolonium cum antedictis suis pertinentiis exnunc inantea ad supradictos abbatem, conventum et monasterium Sanctae Coronae debeat perpetuis temporibus pertinere. Inhibemus igitur universis et singulis capitaneis, camerariis, iustitiariis, iudicibus, officialibus et viceofficialibus dicti regni Boemiae, qui pro tempore fuerint, fidelibus nostris, ne praedictos . . abbatem, conventum et monasterium Sanctae Coronae circa praemissum theolonium, utilitates et pertinentias ipsius adversus praesentis nostrae largitionis indultum impediant seu impediri permittant, sub poena nostrae indignationis, quam qui secus attemptare praesumpserit, se cognoscat graviter incursurum. Praesentium sub nostrae maiestatis sigillo testimonio litterarum. Datum Bunnae anno domini millesimo trecentesimo quadragesimo nono, indictione secunda, Vto Idus Julii, regnorum nostrorum anno tertio.||
