Vencezlaus dei gratia dominus et haeres regni Boemiae et marchionatus Moraviae. Opus pietatis facere credimus, si ad honestarum petitiones personarum benefacta olim domini Otakari quondam regis Boemiae patris nostri privilegiali constitutione novantes nostrae ratificationis robore stabilimus. Per hoc enim idem pater noster efficitur celebris claritate memoriae quodammodo redivivus, et dum ipsius voluntatem in hiis praecipue quae pro anima sua fecit, assensu prosequimur comite, aeternae vitae quod est multo praestantius, ipsum fieri participem reputamus. Istius igitur scripti tenore noverint universi tam praesentis aetatis homines quam futurae, quod vir honorabilis Bartholomeus venerabilis abbas monasterii de Sancta Corona nobis quoddam privilegium praesentavit a dicto quondam patre nostro dicto concessum monasterio, attente supplicans, quod ipsum et in ipso contenta ratificare, confirmare atque innovari facere dignaremur. Erat autem ipsum privilegium non abolitum, non abrasum, non cancellatum, nec in aliqua parte sui vitiatum, sigilli dicti patris nostri roboratum munimine ac ipsius continentia per omnia talis erat: (Folgt die Urkunde N. Nos autem dicti abbatis petitionibus aurem benivolam inclinantes, considerantes quoque quod in hoc pii succurreremus ope suffragii nostri animae genitoris dictum privilegium in praesens transferri et innovari fecimus, et ipsum atque contenta in ipso ratificantes istius tenore privilegii confirmamus, volentes ut valeant et stabili semper vigore valitura persistant. Praeterea quia dictus dominus pater noster ab abbate et generali capitulo Cysterciensi obtinuit, ut dictum claustrum de Sancta Corona exemptum a claustro Sanctae Crucis, cui prius suberat, monasterio de Plass eiusdem ordinis et in terra nostra sito filiali subiectione subiacere debeat vel subesse, in hoc etiam voluntati dicti patris nostri concurrimus, et ut Plassensi monasterio dictum claustrum de Sancta Corona ut matri filia subiaceat, volumus et optamus. Ad haec de mera liberalitate atque in remedium animae dicti patris nostri adicimus dicti monasterii de Sancta Corona gratiosius libertati, ut propter aliquam culpam nullus ex hominibus dicti monasterii citari vel trahi valeat ad iudicium aliud vel coram alio conveniri, nisi coram nobis et beneficiariis Pragensibus, et in Praga, vel coram iudice dicti claustri. In quarum rerum testimonium et robur perpetuo valiturum praesens privilegium fieri et sigillis nostris fecimus communiri. Datum Pragae per manus magistri Welizlai Pragensis et Wissegradensis canonici prothonotarii regni nostri, anno domini millesimo ducentesimo octogesimo quarto, quarto Idus Januarii, duodecimae indictionis.
