Nos frater Thomas abbas monasterii in Altovado ordinis Cisterciensis Pragensis diocesis tibi fratri Andreae professo nostro salutem! Cum secundum regulam nostram sacrosanctam monachus voluntatem proprii corporis habere non debeat, sed voluntas eius ex abbatis sui arbitrio dependeat, ita ut quaecumque per monachum incepta et determinata fuerint absque sui proprii abbatis licentia, nullum vigorem aut efficaciam habere dinoscantur. Hinc est quod nos accedendo insinuasti nobis, tibi esse provisum per religiosos fratres monasterii Sanctae Coronae de dignitate abbatiali, qui fratres concorditer post obitum domini Conradi novissimi et ultimi ibidem abbatis per viam compromissi in te consenserunt, supplicando quatenus te a professione nostra absolveremus. Ne igitur idem monasterium Sanctae Coronae ob hanc causam viduaretur et huiusmodi consensus per fratres ibidem in te celebratus uti praefertur per nos aliquo modo impediri videatur, te per praesentes a nostra professione nobis facta absolvimus et absolutum publice nuntiamus in nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti amen. In cuius rei testimonium et robur nostrum contrasigillum communiendo appendi iussimus. Datum in monasterio Altivadensi, feria quinta ipso die sanctae Dorotheae virginis et martyris, anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo octogesimo tertio.
