Nos frater Gerh. abbas, Gerh. prior, Gobelinus supprior, Arnoldus cellerarius, totusque conventus monasterii ad Sanctam Coronam notum fieri volumus universis praesentem litteram inspecturis, quod considerata utilitate nostrae domus, pleno consilio praehabito, Pechoni de Weychseln et suis successoribus legittime procreatis curiam nostram in Weychseln1 sitam, quam frater Ffridr. nostrae domus professus pro tempore rexit, cum curia ad colonos pertinentem (sic, pertinente) et cum omnibus agris, pascuis et pratis ad eas pertinentibus iure empticio pro XLa sexagenis et XLa grossis Pragensis monetae, cuius pecuniae summam in parato recongnoscimus nos recepisse, rite et rationabiliter vendidimus et dedimus in perpetuum libere possidendas, conditione tamen tali subnotata, quod praedictus Pecha et sui successores legittimi de antedicta curia nobis et nostro monasterio singulis annis dabunt et expedient pro omnibus censibus et steuris duas sexagenas Pragensium grossorum et de curia colonorum duos grossos et duos pullos, medietatem dictae pecuniae in festo sancti Greorgii et alteram mediam partem in festo sancti Galli, nobis et nostris officialibus ad hoc specialiter deputatis assignabunt, contradictione qualibet non obstante. Ligna etiam cremabilia habebunt de silvis nostris ad sufficientiam unius stubae et coquinae non tamen eadem recipienda sine scitu nostri monasterii silvani. Item pro berna regali quotienscumque monasteria et civitates regni Boemiae transierit, unam sexagenam dabunt sine aliquo impedimento. Praeterea si quod absit dictus Pecha vel sui legittimi successores paupertate vel aliqua necessitate alia praeventi fuerint et gravati, sic quod dictas curias vendere vel alienare voluerint, consimili rustico vendere possunt nostro iure in omnibus nobis salvo. In cuius rei signum praesens scriptum fieri iussimus et sigillorum nostrorum munimine duximus roborandum. Datum anno domini millesimo CCC.LXXI. in die beati Dyonisii martyris.
