Vilém Albrecht Krakovský z Kolovrat uzavírá smlouvu s jmenovaným hradeckým biskupem Matoušem Ferdinandem /Sobkem/ z Bilenberka, kterou mu prodává za 20 000 zl. rýn. statek Skály (Katzkenstein) s hradem (Hradskali nadmetuge oder Kaczkenstein), vsi Žlábky (Zlabky oder die Rinne), Studnice (Studenecz oder Drey Brunne), Skalka, Horní Vernéřovice (Oberwermbsdorff), dvory ve Skalách (Khatzkenstein) a v Záboři od panství Vlčice (Wildschücz), ves Lhota /u Trutnova/ (Welhotte) s dalším příslušenstvím.
