Václav /IV./ král římský a český, za služby, které jeho otci a jemu prokázal Albert starší z Kolovrat,potvrzuje klášter Panny Marie augustiniánů, v Ročově /Roczow/, který Albert založil, a jeho statky i listiny na ně vydané a bere jej ve svoji ochranu.
