Jan Kapistrán, generální vikář předalpský bratří observantů řádu svatého Františka pro měšťana v Chebu Johana Šimona, jeho manželku Uršulu, jejich příbuzné a služebníky (familiaribus), dobrodince řádu - jako terciáři mají se těšit stejné přízni jako bratři a sestry řádu svatého Františka.
