Zikmund, král římský, uherský a český, ruší nadaci 11 kop platu ze vsi /Stará/ Role (Rola) na dvě mše ve špitálu v Chebu, kterou slíbil Hanuš von der Kager, a nařizuje Půtovi z Ilburka, správci v Lokti, a jeho nástupcům, aby Kagera od platu osvobodili.Na plice vpravo: Ad mandatum dni regis d. G. episcopus Pataviensis.Cancell/arie/ referen/darius/ Michael prepositus Boleslaviensis.Na rubu: R Henricus Sye.
