4. listopad 1435, Cheb, špitální dům
Veřejný notář Jan Medricz z Teplé vysvědčuje, že křižovník Filip, zvolený farář v Kynšperku /nad Ohří/, slíbil řádně spravovat kostel v Kynšperku a hájit a spravovat jeho statky. Svědkové: Lazar z Ostrova (Slackenwerd), plebán kostela svatého Valentina na Starém Městě pražském, a Erhard Juncker, měšťan chebský.
