14. listopad 1358, Menší Město pražské
Petr, arcijáhen horšovský a pražský oficiál, dává pořídit k žádosti žitavského (Zitawia) komtura Mikuláše veřejným notářem Janem, synem Mořice z Luštěnic (Lusczenicz), opis listu papeže Innocence [VI.] ze 17.II.1356 (Avignon) duchovenstvu, aby dosazoval ke kostelům kněze prezentované johanity.
