Br. Konrád z Heckenbernu (Hakenwerch), mistr a konvent komendy v Mailbergu (Mowerperg) vysvědčují, že Pelhřim (Pilgreim) z Praunsdorfu (Prawnstorf) koupil od Otty Merla a jeho bratrů Ekeharta a Gottfrieda 3 libry platu v Nechsendorfu za 29 liber feniků vídeňských.
