13. leden 1297, Vídeň
Irrnfried z Eckartsau (Ekhartsawe), jeho žena Alžběta, synové Otto, Chadolt, Hauch a Oldřich a dcery Markéta, Alžběta a Anna se ve svém sporu s johanity v Unterlaa (Loech) o právo na purkrecht v Hetzendorfu (Herrendorf) tohoto práva zcela zříkají ve prospěch johanitů, kteří jim za to odvedli 1 vědro vína a 1 měřici pšenice.
