Abstract
29. leden 1538, Strakonice (Strakonitz)
Jan z Vartenberka (Vartinbergk) na Strakonicích, nejvyší mistr českého převorství johanitského řádu, odmítá žádost Michala Mergnera, komtura komendy Božího Těla ve Vratislavi (Breslaw), o prominutí půhonu a nařizuje mu se řídit podle doručeného půhonu a ustanovení královských komisařů; pokud jde o privilegium velmistra, má komtur jednat podle svého uvážení.
