Konrád Flachenekker a Fridrich z Graben, jejich manželky a dědici se zříkají ve prospěch svého švakra Oldřicha z Lichteneggu (Liechtenekk), jeho ženy Alžběty, dcery kdysi Oldřicha z Grünenburgu (Gruennburkch), a dědiců všech nároků na statky po Alžbětině otci.
