Abstract
2. říjen 1434, Strzegom (in domo Strigoniensi)
Václav z Michalovic (Michelsperg), velkopřevor řádu johanitů v Čechách, na Moravě, v Polsku atd., povoluje se souhlasem Ondřeje, Jana Gottfrieda a Bartoloměje, komturů ve Strzegomi (Strigonien), Žitavě (Zittawie) a Dzierżonióvě (Reichelbach), Vavřinci Schnellenwaldovi (Sollenwalt), komturovi, a komendě ve Lwówku (Lemberg) na jejich žádost zřídit při této komendě domácí špitál.
