Hynek, biskup olomoucký, ustanovuje, na prezentaci a žádost Ctibora, opata želivského (in Syloa), po smrti plebána Heřmana želivského kanovníka Otu plebánem v jihlavském kostele, jehož podací náleží želivskému klášteru.
