Basilejský koncil přeje rektoru, doktorům a mistrům pražské univerzity dosáhnout na nadcházejícím sněmu tří stavů mír a svornost v zemi a oznamuje jim volbu Felixe V. papežem. Pod textem kancelářská poznámka "O. (?) Cossel". List byl patrně ověřen nedochovanou pečetí, která jej i uzavírala. Na dorzu adresa "Dilectis ecclesie filiis rectori, doctoribus et magistris universitatis studii Pragensis" a dva regesty a signatura rukama 16.-17. století. Current repository:
