    Sophia, abbatifla, prepositus et totus conventus in Nigendorp recognofeunt, conveniffe Se cum monafterio Walkenred, de decima Ipsis danda in campo Peffelde, scil. de 44 jugeri- bus infra viatn Alstede et grangiam Peffelde, item de 15 jugeribus supra eandem viam, de 12 jugeribus in campo Alstede de quolibet 12 garbas, de magno prato 3 scxagenas, de longo prato 1 sexagenam tan turn. De premissis agris autem solvitur decima, quum seminati fuerint.
