Cartulam per Rottelgrimum iudicem sigillatam continentem qualiter
in anno dominice incarnationis millesimo septuagesimo octabo,
mense iunio concurrente indictione quintadecima ipse Dauferius
filius Sicenolfi comitis venundederat Alderisio filio Guidonis
castaldei pro parte suprascripte Sicelgaite terram cum vinea
et pomis intra quam casa fabricata habebat, quam ipse Dauferius
clarificaverat se habere a foras ipsa civitate Veteri in Plaia
montis per fines et mensuras iusto passu hominis mensuratas: de
pede a parte occidentis finis via que ducit Nucerie et finis flubio
et passus quadraginta quattuor; a parte meridiei passus
quadraginta et revolvebat in partem septemtrionis passibus duobus
et ab inde ascendebat in partem orientis usque ipso monte;
de capite a parte orientis finis ipsum monte et passus quadraginta;
a parte septemtrionis finis aliorum. cum omnibus
que intra eam erant cunctisque suis pertinentiis et cum vice de ipsa
via et cum integro eo quod ipsi Dauferio extra suprascriptas mensuras
ibi coniunctum pertinebat et cum muniminibus ex ipsa venditione
continentibus, ut semper esset in potestate ipsius Sicelgaite
et heredum eius ad faciendum ex ea quod vellent, sicut ipsa
cartula continet.
