+ In nomine domini septimodecimo anno principatus domni nostri guaimarii gloriosi
principis, filii quondam domni guaimarii principis, mense martius, tertia indictione. In
salernitano sacro palatio ante me amatum iudicem causavit urso castaldus filius quondam
iannaci castaldi cum urso atrianense filio quondam mele dicendum ei, ut ipse ursus filius
predicti mele, et servi et ancille eius malo hordine introisset in rebus ipsius ursi castaldi
de locum beteri et per vocabulum de ipso locum, et fobee in ipsis rebus fecisset, et arbores
et vites inde abscidisset, et sepes inde rupisset, et vie inde ostedisset, et ipsa rebus
ei contrasset ipse ursus filius predicti mele dixit, in predicto locum beteri et per vocabulum
de ipso locum plures rebus abere, set nescire de quale rebus ipse ursus castaldus
cum eum causavit. Ego predictus iudex inter eis iudicavi et utrisque illis guadiare feci,
pariter super ipsis rebus pergerent cum iudicem et notarium, et ipse ursus castaldus monstraret
ipsius ursi ipsa rebus, unde superias cum eo causavit, et per partes plicarent se
cum suis rationibus, et secundum legem inter se inde finem facerent; unde ipse ursus
castaldus posuit fideiussore iannaci atrianense filius quondam landolfi curiale, et ipse alio
urso filius predicti mele posuit fideiussore iohannes atrianense filius quondam iannaci de
sisinni. Et pro parte ipsius ursi filii predicti mele scribere fecimus te ademari notarius.
