Nos Leo miseratione divina Ratispon(ensis) episcopus universis presencia inspecturis volumus esse notum, quod cum :I inter hospitale in pede pontis Ratispon(ensis) ex una parte et Maehthildim relictam Heinrici, civis Ratispon(ensis) cognomine advocati, ex parte altera pro media domo, quam idem Heinricus inhabitabat, et alia domo pistoria integrali, que pachhavs vulgariter nuncupatur, questio aliquamdiu ventilata nostre fuerit decisionis arbitrio reconmissa(?) nos partibus in nostra presentia constitutis fide super ratihabitione nostre decisionis, hinc inde recepta provida deliberacione sumus taliter arbitrati, quod frater Heinricus de Raetelchouen, tunc magister hospitalis, unam libram Ratisponensium monete ac unam schaffam siliginis dedit femine supradicte, que in nostra presentia constituta renuntiavit omni iuri, quod ei conpetebat vel conpetere videbatur in domibus antedictis. In cuius renuntiationis testimonium presentem litteram scribi fecimus sigilli nostri robore cum subnotatione testium communitam. Testes sunt hii Hvgo prior, Pertoldus lector, Chvnradus de Aeistet, Chunradus de Chimse, fratres domus predicatorum Ratisp(onensium), Heinricus de Raetelchoven tunc magister hospitalis, Vlricus sacerdos, Chunradus de Pilsting, fratres eiusdem hospitalis, Hugo miles inter latinos, Albertus de Owe, Chunradus super Danubio, Heinricus Dulcis quondam scultetus, Otto, Pertoldus, Ekbertus, Veslaerii et alii quam plures fide digni.
