Ego Leupoldus dictus Ericius et uxor mea Elizabet civis Ratispone :I universis ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit in perpetuum, ut ea, que geruntur in tempore, a memoria non labantur cum tempore, scriptis solent autenticis confirmari. Noverint universi, tam presentes quam futuri nostra voluntate bona et omnium nostrorum amicorum consensu accedente hospitali sancte Katerine in pede pontis Rat(ispon)e vendidisse curiam nostram seu mansum in Hærtinge per manum delegatoris Paldwini de Paribing, quod vulgariter dicitur salman, cum omnibus adtinenciis, cultis et incultis, quesitis et inquesitis, libere et pacifice in perpetuum possidendam. Ut hec emcio duret et permaneat in posterum inconfulsaa presentem kartulam munimine nostri sigilli et in robur necnon confirmacionem direximus hospitali communitum testibus subnotatis. Testes sunt hii: Karulus de Åuue miles, Fridericus Veslær, Vl(ricus) Chzihær, frater Chv(nradus) magister hospitalis, frater Chv(nradus) de Nurnberch et alii quam plures.
