Ordo cum pater meus pie memorie Fridricus dictus de PochzaȄe hospitali sancte Katerine Rat(isponensis) ex curia mea sita in Marchelchouen quinque solidos denariorum Rat(isponensium) annualiter testatus fuerit tali forma perpetue soluturos, ut provisores prenotati hospitalis omni die dominica tres denarios pro pomis de hiis redditibus infirmis pro consolacione et sibi in remedium precipue in perpetuum condonarent, eorundem vero reddituum provida deliberacione omni parentum meorum predictam curiam meam hospitali pro certitudine obligo existere annis singulis sub caucione perpetua debitorem, in cuiuscumque manu vel potestate sepefata curia fuerit, ab eodem libere postulando. In cuius rei testimonium presentem cedulam sigilli mei robore feci diligencius conmuniri, ne ab heredum meorum aliquo destitui poterint hec et cassari. Testes huius sunt hii: Zacharias frater meus, Perger(us) de Frantenhausen, frater Berenher(us) et fratres alii hospitalis. Dat. anno domini Mo CCo nonagesimo secundo ante pasca.
