Kurfürst Maximilian von Bayern verkauft an Philipp Götz, Handelsmann in M, 400 fl Zins aus dem Rent- und Kammeramt München um 8000 fl und verschreibt bei Ausbleiben des Zinses die Einkünfte dieser Ämter als Pfand.

    RV: nach dem Tod des Philipp Götz wurde die Forderung verteilt: Maria Götzin, Witwe, 3200 fl, Maria Magdalena Scheicherin 1600 fl, Katharina Locherin 1600 fl, Anton Götz u. Cons. 800 fl, dem Stockh-Almosen 800 fl (1628 Oktober 10, Unterschrift: Blasi Weinmeister). Die 3200 fl sowie 1600 fl sind erblich an Franz Scheicher gefallen, der davon unterm 17. 1. 1657 dem Christoph Zechentner 3000 fl übergab. Die übrigen 1800 fl wurden Frau Anna Maria Camerlocherin übergeben (Unterschrift: Philipp Paul).Unterschrift auf Plica: Seb. Conrad Weiß.
