Dompropst Otto (Graf von Hallermund) von Hildesheim belehnt die Brüder Helmold und Albert von Hotzensleben, Bürger in Helmstedt, zu gemeinsamer Hand mit zwei Hufen in Esbeck, so wie sie zuvor ihr Vater Helmold, ebenfalls Bürger in Helmstedt, besaß. Er verspricht ihnen die Realbelehnung, wenn sie in seiner Gegenwart erscheinen. Material: Perg.
