Bischof Konrad II. bezeugt, dass Abt Dietmar und das Michaeliskloster von Hildebrand von Drispenstedt einen Hof mit vier Hufen in Essem mit dem Zehnten für 130 Pfund Hildesheimisch gekauft und Hildebrand von Drispenstedt diese Güter vor ihm mit Zustimmung seiner Frau Eilrad dem Kloster aufgelassen hat. Conradus dei gratia Hildensemensis ecclesie episcopus omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis salutem in domino sempiternam. Quoniam ea, que fiunt in tempore, lapsu temporis succedente oblivionem accipiunt, dignum duximus facta discretorum virorum perennis scripti patrocinio stabilare. Notum esse volumus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod cum dilecti nobis in Christo dominus Thetmarus abbas totusque conventus monasterii sancti Michahelis Hildensemensis ordinis sancti Benedicti a Hildebrando milite dicto de Drismenstede curiam in villa Essem cum quatuor mansis et decima eorundem, quam idem Hildebrandus ab eadem ecclesia in feodo tenebat, pro centum et triginta talentis Hildensemensis monete comparassent, iam dictus Hildebrandus in nostra presencia constitutus de beneplacito et expresso consensu Heylradis uxoris sue eisdem abbati et conventui prefata bona cum omni iure, quod sibi in ipsis competere videbatur, liberaliter resignavit. Nos igitur utrarumque parcium precibus inclinati, ne ulla temporis prolixitas hoc factum valeat infirmare, presentem paginam super hoc confectam sigillis nostro et ecclesie nostre duximus roborandam. Testes etiam huius rei sunt Heynricus de Tossem, Sifridus de Barem, Johannes celerarius, Meynhardus scolasticus, Hermannus de Goslaria, Hermannus cantor, canonici, Lippoldus advocatus, Tidericus de Holthusen, Tidericus de Rothinge, Olricus de Bledhenem, Ludegerus de Lothingissem, milites, Johannes Bernere, Sifridus Mordere, Johannes de Goslaria, Simon Puntrogge, et alii quam plures.
