Dei gratia nos Henricus abbas, Johannes prior totusque conventus monasterii sancti Michahelis in Hildensem presentibus protestamur, quod quatuor libris cere ex parte pistorum civitatis Hildensem, quas ultra quam a proavorum suorum temporibus dicti pistores usque ad hec tempora ex antiqua et bona consuetudine ad luminare perpetuum, quod nobiscum infra missarum animarum et vigiliarum magnarum solempnia ad honorem omnipotentis dei et genitricis eius intacte necnon sancti Michahelis archangeli iugiter ardit et ardebit, nostro conventui annis singulis perpetualiter presentant, duabus in festo Nativitatis Christi, residuis duabus in festo Nativitatis Johannis Baptiste proximo subsequenti, ipsos quantum ad hanc pensionem cere dandam dimisimus ac liberaliter presentibus dimittimus liberos et solutos, renuntiantes omni actioni, que nobis quocumque modo ratione huiusmodi pensionis posset competere in eisdem. Super quibus ne dubium oriatur presentem litteram sigillis nostris, domini abbatis videlicet et conventus, signatas antedictis pistoribus dedimus in testimonium et cautelam.
