Graf Rapoto von Ortenperch (Ortenburg) bestätigt das von seinem Bruder Diepold in Gegenwart seines Bruders Hainrich von Alderspach, Leupold von Ekkharting (Eggerding) und seines Offizialen Anwich von Stegen erklärte Testament. Er schenkt mehrere Leibeigene zu Heibach (Haibach), Guntzing (Gunzing), Gumpherting (Gumperting), Pennzing (Penzing) dem Kloster Alderspach, wie er auch auf die Vogtei über die Kirche in Ekchenhaim Verzicht leistet.
