Papst Nicolaus IV gebietet dem Abt von Oberaltaich, dass er in der Sache des Klosters Alderspach gegen Wernhard (Henricus et Hainericus) von Hentzing (Henzing), welch letztere Güter des Klosters unbefugter Weise innehaben, die Parteien zu berufen und den Streit zu Ende zu führen.
