König Ludwig eignet als Lehensherr dem Kloster Altenhohenau den Hof in Holzhausen, welchen die Brüder Friedrich und Ulrich Heller zum Unterhalt ihrer in diesem Kloster befindliche Schwester Hailwige mit Zustimmung ihrer Mutter Mechtild gegeben haben.
