Balthasar Schaltdorffer zu Vagen, Landrichter und Marktrichter zu Dachau, beurkundet, daß Matthias Leutensdorfer der Messerschmiedgeselle zu München, Sohn des Hans Leutensdorfer, an Hans Seitz den Fischer, Bürger zu Dachau die 3 Juchert Ackers und 1 Tagwerk Anger zu Dachau dem Hans Seitz rechtsförmlich fertigt.
