Jörg Schmidhamer, Vikar zu Parsberg (Lkr. Miesbach), bevollmächtigt Hans Hintermair, seinen Bruder, und Kaspar Schmidhamer, den Sohn des verstorbenen Simon Schmidhamer, für ihn alle Rechte an dem Nachlaß seines Bruders Matthias Thurmair geltend zu machen.
