Abt Altmann und der Konvent zu Niederalteich bestätigen, dass ihnen Berthold von Ried wegen des Hofs Klessing 25 Pfund Regensburger Pfennig gegeben hat, wofür er auf Lebenszeit eine Herrenpfründe im Kloster Rinchnach mit genannten Einschränkungen erhält. Sg. 1 fehlt, Sg. 2 anhängend
