Graf Konrad von Plain (b. Grossgmain, Sbg) übergibt auf Bitten des Erzbischofs Eberhard II. von Salzburg Abt Walther von Raitenhaslach die Töchter des Konrad von "Stadel" samt deren Kindern.

      Notum sit universis Christi fidelibus hanc paginama inspecturis, quod ego Chunradus comes de Plagen una cum filiis meis ad petitionem domini Eberhardi Salzburgensis archiepiscopi, apostolice sedis legati, necnon ad petitionem domini Waltheri abbatis de Raitenhas(lach)b tradidi filias Chunradi de Stadel cum liberis suis beatae Mariae in prefata ecclesia et abbati memorato suisque fratribus universis omni iure, quo mihi attinere videbantur. Et ut haec meae devotionis donatio rata et inconvulsa semper existat, sigilli mei impressione firmius roborare decrevi. Acta sunt haec anno domini 1242, 17. cal. decembr. in Muldorf in presentia subscriptorum testium: domino Eberhardo archiepiscopo, domino Ottone preposito Salzburgensi, domino Friderico de Libynz, fratre Chunrado vicedomino, Henrico hospite nostro de Muldorff et aliis quam pluribus.
