R(apoto) dei gratia comes palatinus Bawarie universis presens [s]criptuma inspecturis salutem. Cum ad ea, que ratio iuris exposcit et persuadet honestas, esse faciles debeamus, maxime l tamen in hiis, que ad tranquillitatem et comodum deo iugiter famulantium operantur, pro nostre salutis augmento promptiores volumus inveniri. Igitur notum facimus tenore presencium universis nos venerabilibus viris abbati et conventui de Reitenhaselach ordinis Cisterciensis omnia iura privilegiorum suorum, quibus tam a sede apostolica quam ab imperatoria sunt maiestate muniti, a nobis et ab omnibus nostris iudicibus velle inviolabiliter observari, in eo videlicetb, ne aliquis pretextu iuris secularis alicuius vel advocacie seu feudi, si quod a nobis tenetur, hospiciis, procurationibusc, pabulo aut exactionibus qualibuscumque predia eorum aut homines gravare presumat nec homines eorum ad placitum nostrum vel iudicum nostrorum sine abbatis voluntate teneantur venire, cum ipsi abbati et officialibus suis liceat cognoscere de causis ipsorum et cognitas diffinire, nisi aliquis ipsorum in tali crimine aut maleficio notorio fuerit deprehensus, quod sentencia sit sanguinis iudicandus, quia huiusmodi iudicia sibi ordo ecclesiasticus non ursurpat, omni possessione tarn mobili quam immobili ecclesie adiudicata reus tantum, quod cingulo comprehendit, rentento seculari iudicio puniendus tradatur.
