Papst Clemens IV. bestimmt, daß ein Fernbleiben von dem jährlich zu Citeaux stattfindenden Ordenskapitel ohne triftigen Grund ("legitima causa") gemäß den Gesetzen des Ordens zu bestrafen ist."Cum ex statutis".Datum Perusii XV kal. april., pontificatus nostri anno secundo.
