Nos Gerungus dei gracia abbas totusque conventus monasterii Medlicensis ad universorum tam presencium quam futurorum noticiam cupimus pervenire, quod nos maxime divine remuneracionis intuitu venerabilis in Christo patris domini Chvnradi abbatis monasterii in Raitenh(aslach)a eiusque conventus peticioni racionabili annuentes ipsam taliter duximus admittendam, quod, prout ipsorum peticio continebat, IIII areas nondum edificatas sitas in predio nostro Radendorf edificiis muniendi vel non muniendi facultatem habeant liberam, immo in dicti abbatis et sui conventus arbitrio penitus resideat arearum institucio predictarum, ita si de quinta area instituta, quam ibidem habent, et census XIIII denariorumb et reliqua servicia minuta debita secundum illius predii consuetudinem, que videlicet servicia de bonis prenotatis nobis nostro que monasterio annis redderentur singulis, si forent edificiis munita, integraliter ministrentur, et nichilominus specialiter de quinta area instituta annuatim servicium persolvetur. In cuius rei testimonium evidens presens scriptum sigillorum nostrorum munimine fecimus roborari cum testibus subnotatis, qui sunt: dominus Marquardus prior, dominus Chunradus camerarius, dominus Marchardus capellanus, sacerdotes et confratres nostri; frater Chvnradus de Wilheringc, frater Albertus de Raitenhaslacha; Haertwicus dictus Lvmfhart, Rudolfus Nvcleus, Hainricus et Hermannus filii Ostermanni, Otto dictus Slintenakcherd et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec Chremse anno domini M. CC. LXXVII, idus septembr.

In einem von P. Joh. Conrad Tachler geschriebenen Nachtrag zum Urkundenverzeichnis Kl. Raitenh. Lit. 163 b, f. 29 ist die Urkunde unter dem Bestand "Curia in Crembs" mit Nr. 43 vermerkt. P. Eugen Reitter hat in seinem Index zu D bei dieser Urkunde bereits vermerkt "nunc deest".Language:
