Cunctis Christi fidelibus hoc scriptum intuentibus liquefiat, quod ego Chuno de Wald pro vino ceterisque necessariis teneor venerabili domino abbati ac ecclesie Raitenhaslach in XXIIIIor libris Salczburgensis monete, pro quibus eidem duas huebas in Zeidlaern obligavi conferens easdem in feodo sex hominibus ecclesie prenotate, videlicet Rudgero fabro, Dietrico coquo, Hainrico gartchnecht, Ghunrado Schiuerom, Friderico Anguet, tali adhibita condicione, ut, si infra festum Egidii summama debiti totaliter persolvero, hube libere ad me revertentur, si autem in eodem termino non persolvero, dum ad nativitatem domini potestatemb ac libertatem habeo redimendi. Si vero et in eodem termino integraliter non persolvero, extunc sepedicte hube Raitenhaslach ecclesie irrefragabiliter permanebunt perpetuo possidende, ita nichilominus ut ad arbitrium quatuor virorum, scilicet Hainricic de Hueb, Vl(rici) de Talhaim necnon Crispelstetarii et Wernheri de Aich, sepefata ecclesia Raitenhaslach michi debeat dare conveniens additamentum, constituens etiam me tutorem fidelem, quod vulgariter dicitur gwer, contra omnem impeticionem, et quamcumque viam resignacionis, infeodacionis vel cautele amplioris a me dictus wenerandus abbas ac conventus ipsius requisierint, hanc fideliter adinplere et sine contradiccione qualibet me promitto. Ne autem hoc factum alicuius malignitate infringatur aut oblivione deleatur, scribi feci hanc cartulam et subnotatis testibus mei sigilli munimine roborari. Testes autem sunt: fratres dominus Vlricus prior, Wernh(ardus) custos, Hainricus servitor domini abbatis, Chunradus subcellerarius; Hainricus de Newenchirichen, Hainricus iunior de Hueb, Otto Tahs, Fridericus Grispelsteter, Wernherus de Aich, Redlaer, Chunradus Clingaer, Spilmannigarius, Veschalchus et Vlricus carpentarii, Dietricus coquus, Hainricus gartchnecht, Fridericus Anguet, Hainricus Schuestel et alii quam plures.
