In nomine sancte et individue Trinitatis. Heinricus Lei Gratia Bawarie et Saxonie Dux. Quoniam, sicut humane reposuit fidei ratio, regum ac ducum, parentum atque predecessorum nostrorum debitam memoriam agimus, bona eorum exempla debemus in opere imitari, quoniam in mente recolimus, ut nobis eadem a Deo eternorum videlicet pro temporalibus maneat repromissio, quoniam eadem ad bene agendum et ad loca Sancta ditandum provocat intentio. Consequens enim est, ut ipse precipue in servis suis a nobis honoretur, per quem nobis honor et virtus pro ceteris mortalibus amplior exhibetur. Universitati igitur Christianitatis presenti pagina notificamus, quod loco Ranshoven, quem ad regnum pertinentem nostrorumque parentum donationibus institutum nos quoque sublimare cupimus, predicto inquam loco predia nostrorum ministerialium Legmos et Rotenpach nominata ipsis potestativa manu tradentibus et nos confirmamus nostroque Sigillo communiri mandavimus. Acta sunt hec anno ab Incarnatione Domini MCLXXIV. Indict. VII. XII. Kal. Octobris. Et huius rei testes sunt infra denotati: Ipse Dominus Dux Bawarie et Saxonie Heinricus, Comes Sigefridus de Peilstein, Comites Sigehardus, Heinricus de Schalach, Heinricus de Stauph, Babo de Eringen, Wernhardus de Horbach Liberi, Warmundus de Nusbach, Albertus de Hutta, Fridericus et Chunradus de Praunawe, Adelhardus de Hutta, Albertus de Sattelbogen, Heinricus de Berbichingen ministeriales regni. Regnante invictissimo Imperatore Friderico.
