    Die Urkunde Passau Ord. Archiv Nr. 2 (Vermerk mit Bleistift im Münchner Urkundenrepetitorium) entspricht nicht der hier gemeinten, sondern einer zweiten zum selben Datum/ Aussteller, ediert: UBLOE 2 Nr. 307! Das Original des Privilegs Cölestins III. wurde im II. Weltkrieg in Leipzig zerstört (vgl. Peter Herde, Ranshofener Urkundenstudien, in: ZBLG 24 (1961), 183 - 228. Hier: Anm. 105.).
