Innocentius Episcopus Seruus Seruorum Dej Dilectis filijs R. scholastico maioris Ecclesiae, ... de Chyrbe et ... de Horbach plebanis Ratisbonensibus salutem et Apostolicam Benedictionem. Sua nobis Praepositus et Conuentus de Ranshouen conquestione monstrauit, quod C. Archidiaconus Patauiensis super Jurisdictione visitationis et procurationis quorundam plebanorum pertinentium ad eosdem contra antiquam et approbatam consuetudinem et rebus alijs grauiter iniurietur eisdem. Ideoque discretioni vestrae per Apostolica Scripta mandamus, quatenus partibus conuocatis et auditis hinc inde propositis, quod iustum fuerit, appellatione postposita decernatis facientes, quod decreueritis, per Censuram Ecclesiasticam firmiter obseruari. Testes autem, qui fuerint nominati, si se gratia, odio uel timore subtraxerint, cogatis censura simili appellatione remota veritati testimonium perhibere. Quodsi non omnes his exequendis poteritis interesse, duo vestrum nihilominus exequantur. Datum Laterani II. Non. Febr. Pontificatus nostri Anno Duodecimo.
