    Nos dei gratia Heinricus Comes Palatinus Rheni, Dux Bawarie vniuersis presentem paginam intuentibus declaramus, quod summe ob dei reuerentiam et amorem ac etiam pio zelo, quo circa Ecclesiam in Ranshoven uoluntarie mouemur, eidem indulsimus de nostra gratia singulari, ut singulis annis vna uice duo talenta ampli (salis) sine omni exactione thelonei aut mvte Burchusa et in Schaerding deducant libere et secure, qui in prefata ecclesia deo famulantur. Item talem eidem Ecclesie gratiam fecimus habundantem, ut quicunque in descensu uel ascensu Eni aque nostre Ecclesie prouolute deducatur, ita quod ibidem deo famulantes proprietarie respicit, idem in prouoluta aqua sine omni theloneo et exactione debet transire libere ut prediximus et secure, ipsam etiam Ecclesiam in nostram defensionem adeo recipimus, ut quicunque ipsam leserit in rebus aut hominibus, contra eundem (sic) nostra ingratitudine procedamus (sic).
