Elisabeth, Ludwig von Frankings Hausfrau, und ihre Söhne gestatten dem Kloster Ranshofen die Einlösung der dem Otto von Lampolting verpfändeten Arnoltzmühle gegen eine Präbende für die Elisabeth.

    Elizabeth uxor domini ludwici de Fraenching, Ortolfus, Fridericus, wernhardus filii eiusdem omnibus christi fidelibus salutem in omnium saluatore. Quoniam humana memoria fragilitatis segnitie uacillatur, necesse est, ut ei scripturarum remedio succurratur. Notum ergo facimus uniuersis, quod nos beato Pancracio in Ranshouen, Canonicis quoque regularibus ibidem domino iugiter famulantibus nostrum molendinum dictum uulgariter arnoltzmul situm circa curiam dictam Roting de nostra uera possessione, iure proprietatis etiam loco nostrarum sororum libere dedimus propter deum ita uidelicet, ut ipsum molendinum ab Ottone de lampolding pro VI. talentis Salzpurgensis monete soluerent, cui a patre nostro fuerat cum dicta curia obligatum, omnem uero inpulsationem ipsius molendini a nostris sororibus promisimus intercipere sine offendiculo dominorum in Ranshouen, prepositus autem nominati loci cum suis concanonicis matri nostre elizabeth in graciarum actione prebendam unius domine conuerse dedit in uictu et uestitu. si forte ipsam ex aliquo casu postposuerit, nichilominus ipsis datum molendinum certissime remanebit. Ne autem hec donacio a quoquam nostrorum successorum aliqualiter inmutetur, sigillum domini ottonis de planch(enpach) huic littere iussimus adiungere ipsis dominis in testimonium et cautelam. Huius rei testes sunt dominus H. de wolfsperg, Otto lampoltinger et filius suus Meingotus de meinhaerting, Hainricus latinus, HainRicus wonchauser ciues in purchusen et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec anno domini M. CC. LXX. in domo latini in purchusen coram Cellario de Ranshouen in festo beati gregorii.
